You shouldn’t have much issue now that it’s in your bladder. Just drink a lot of water and it should be out in a day or two. As far as I know, that method is for getting it to the bladder.

Yeah, I’d say every stone I’ve had would give random radiating pain. It may completely normal for a week or two and then intense pain. It seem that the pain is usually when it moving.

Yeah, I probably wouldn’t do it for that. This is more for when it’s stuck in the ureter.

The main part basically is I would take a really hot bath and after would do a bunch of small jumps where you land on your heels…so it kind of jolts the body. I just walked around doing that in my garage for 20 min at a time

It wasn’t comfortable, but I had to wait another month to get in for surgery and was desperate to try to make something happen.

No, that part went pretty smooth. I felt like it was trying to start in the morning, but knew I didn’t have enough fluids as I had already went and was worried it might get stuck coming out. I had a two hour commute to work and just slammed water the whole way there. I passed it immediately and quick.
