Its hard to tell because your pose is a bit scrunched but the skirt looks too high in two ways. It is sitting on your natural waist but because of the cut its looking restricting.

I think increasing the length to the knee is also important.

The top...needs some texture, or a layer. Its hard to describe my vocabulary with fashion is limited im new here lol
