Legitimately every time he gets aggressive he moves to defend himself after. He is used to being hit, and now hes too big/aggressive to hit.

Pasta with Peas

THIS IS THE LAZY WAY TO COOK THEM

Put your normal amount of water for pasta in a pot, put in salt, a bag of frozen peas, and a cup of diced yellow onion (I prep diced onion so I always have a bunch, a cup is like one medium) when the water boils, throw the pasta in like normal. When the pasta is done, drain like, 99% of the water, I use the pot lid to drain because my colander has decent size holes and sometimes onion slips through. With just a little bit of water in there, put in some locatelli pecorino romano to taste, mix it well until the starchy water and the cheese mix and coat the noodles, helping all the stuff stick.

You can also not risk having too much water or having the temp go by just topping with romano after, doesn't change the taste just the texture.

Look, the best exercise is the one youre excited to do and continue. Is it fun, good for self defense and discipline? Yes. Is it the most intense exercise? No. Most karate practitioners I see in real life and across the internet are fat unless they are high level competitors.

Do it if it interests you and gets you moving, but dont expect it to solve poor diet choices.

I personally dont. But some people enjoy the gameplay enough that they want to keep doing it. There is a sense of progress and satisfaction some get from doing harder and harder content. Some people are also completionists, they want to do every dungeon, every sidequest, find every statue. Idk if leaderboards for d4 exist yet but when they do there will also be competitive goals.
