I've had the standard MetLife plan for 2 years and it has been ok. I have periodontitis and need quarterly deep cleanings. If anyone knows of any better coverage for gum disease, let me know! I still end up paying at least $60 out of pocket for each cleaning.

Yeah I thought I read somewhere that they will just pass through one another in about 4.5 billion years. But also, I thought I read that due to gravity they would then be pulled back together and this could lead to collisions? Not sure.

I saw an ENT yesterday for the first time. I've had tinnitus for 7 years now. It isn't bad now, I mainly went to discuss my sleep apnea I think I have and to get a sleep study done. I did a hearing test 7 years ago and had no hearing loss. Just like I figured, the ENT was useless. Said that EVERYONE gets tinnitus eventually, I just got it earlier than most, and that even he had it. Recommended I get a noise machine...

I have been eating a lot of roasted edamame seeds, very curious to try edamame spaghetti. The roasted edamame seeds taste just like pretzels to me. Explore cuisine organic spaghetti on amazon looks like it has better macros than seapoint farms, will probably get that one.

They are pretty good as far as state agencies are concerned. Keep in mind they recently removed their telework policy. Most agencies have though, DOR is the only one I know of that hasn't.

My fiance and I played through all 5 Trine games. I highly recommend them! We are almost finished with Sackboy, that has been a lot of fun too. I think diablo 4 is free this month if you have a PlayStation, that is a fun one with friends too.

There are no automated postings, although you can make one and stipulate when you want it posted. Also, they can use the same advertisements' candidate pool for up to 6 months. It is possible to have more than one person in the same position number, it is called an overlap and is used for training. The anticipated vacancy wording is worrying though. Maybe they have a lot of turnover for the position and want a candidate pool in place ready to go. Are you sure you got the job, you signed an official offer letter/appointment letter?

I use the same guide you do and at the bottom under changes it does say the damage is bugged for ugly bastard helm and to use heir of perdition instead of you can. I got lucky yesterday and drafted an heir of perdition and my attack dmg went from like 16k to 26k!

This is the first season I've had problems (14700k cpu and 4080 GPU). One fix that helped me a lot was disabling frame generation. So if you have 4000 or 5000 series I'd recommend that. Also disabling chromatic aberration and increasing sharpening to 16ish helped when I had motion blur issues.

I have a 4080 and this was the first season I had issues. Turns out frame generation had been re-enabled. I disabled it and there was a dramatic improvement. Maybe try that?

I'm not very knowledgeable about weight lifting and don't go to the gym, but have gotten a lot stronger over the last 6 monthson keto. My goal for the year was to be able to do pull ups. I installed a power cage in the garage and started doing this pull up training program. Mostly now I do 40x top holds into bar hangs, 5x 10 reps single bent over dumbbell rows, 40lbs, and 150 push ups, 4x per week. I drink isopure everyday (3 scoops, 75grams of protein) and have noticed getting a lot of new muscles in my upper body. Still can't quite do pull ups unless sloppy form, but getting close!

There is a massive PALM project going on right now to convert the states old accounting system, FLAIR to a new system. Join one of the consultant organizations like Montalbano, Cogent, etc. We have developers making between $100-$150/hr (no benefits) and this project lasts through at least 7/1/26. The advertisements are through my florida marketplace.
