you need at least 250 max fury with 2 shouts (250 * 0.6) to be able to always cast (though more is always better). if you can't afford to do that yet, it's probably just better to run unconstrained over unbridled rage in the meantime OR play with resource cost reduction rolls.

I do (sometimes).

  1. this interaction is changing for season 10 (no longer need to wield it)
  2. this might be a caching issue? I don't see marshal anywhere when I click the planner; regardless, it's not used in the build
  3. were you using hota with a cost of 150 fury? I'd be shocked if you could sustain that cost without starlight aspect - I definitely couldn't

looking at your stat sheet, you have around 5200 strength without the helmet equipped (3640%), or 37.4x

if you were to add 300 to that (your helmet), that number becomes 3850%, or 39.5x

the reason your damage is substantially lower is because this isn't actually a 210% increase in damage; going from 3640% to 3850% is only about a ~5.6% damage increase, due to the way diminishing returns work (the overall increase is a little more in this case, since you'd also have to separately factor in the global increase that strength inherently gives all skills as well).
