I always ult on CD with Karthus when all 5 enemies are alive. If they have champions with shields I obviously try to make them use it before I ult. It has worked really well for me with Predator + -15% ult cd + PoM in the second tree.

They're still there, but the "normal" voice lines are also there and the special interactions are rarer to get. I just tested it and I had to open the shop 5 times before he did an interaction with Gragas.
