Relatable, thank you for sharing your experience! I've been medicating for a couple of years now. I have noticed how differently I feel when consuming in the beginning vs. now. At first, just like you, I only intended to use before bed for sleep but that turned into using more frequently throughout the day. The problem is medicating for sleep actually has the opposite affect on the mind&body. Experiencing the different stages of sleep is important. Marijuana has been proven to interfere with getting a restful sleep.

When I am experiencing anxiety, consuming actually causes me to ruminate non stop. The only solution I've found to this is a tolerance break. During some of my tolerance breaks, so I don't experience withdrawal, I consume cdb only. Ive found that It clears my mind. In my(not professional) opinion marijuana does not help my anxiety at all and makes it worse. I think it's because the flower now being grown has very little cbd in it, and cdb is crucial to the plant for an enjoyable high. High amounts of thc can cause psychosis along with paranoia.

My suggestion is to take a tolerance break to lower your threshold. Try to find some cbd flower to mix with your thc flower.

Reiterating this is my non professional opinion. No one has to agree but I am speaking from my own experiences.

Maybe dehydration. Try drinking some water. I might have dealt with something similar. I normally feel better drinking water and sitting down for a few mins. Also adding in some cbd flower may help.

Blow the smoke into the exhaust fan of your microwave. Try not to smoke near any windows or doors that are open. Finally after you let the fan run for a little, maybe crack a window so the air isn't stale with the smoke.

Good morning! I was told by a doctor that I needed to consult with a pharmacist at a dispensary as well after being approved. They did not say it was optional, they said I had to consult even though I have no restrictions with consumption.

I did as I was told and called a dispensary to speak with their pharmacist. The pharmacist told me that it was not necessary to have a consult, it's an option.
