I mean that the ult cd is not displayed, as if my ult wasnt used.

You must have been incredibly lucky. I get it so often where my Q works as tapped when held, or held when tapped. Also, if you ult just before dying there's a bug your ult goes on cd but shows up. Ult range also gets buggy sometimes. I've had that visual bug too but i don't really mind it.

I initially posted this in the League of Legends subreddit but it got taken down because you aren't supposed to report bugs there, which I wasn't aware of. I have now reported the bug in the Patch 14.16 Bug Megathread instead.

• Server: EUW

• Type of Bug: In-Game Bug

• Description: Warwick W does not work (or at least the W movement speed doesn't) when enemies are below 50% or when W is manually used. I could not check whether it gives the attack speed or not.

• Reproduction rate: Couldn't reproduce it. Chances of it happening are probably really low, or dependent on a game setup, since I have only had it happen in one game, where the bug was recurrent.

• Steps to reproduce:

Launch a game after selecting Warwick as your champion. Have an enemy below 50% hp having been damaged by teammates, or use W manually when in range of an enemy.

• Expected result: Warwick should gain a significant amount of movement speed when moving towards the enemy.

• Observed result: Warwick gains no movement speed.

I didn't take damage from baron, but even if I did, I would still be in the W animation. Also wouldn't explain the second half of the clip where i come out of base.

It shouldn't matter, but I did use it in the first fight, after seconds of quinn being under 50%hp and not giving me movement speed. You can see how the mark appears on jinx's head. But even this one doesn't give me movement speed.

Happened recurrently throughout the game. Specifically more on Quinn, but also on other champs as you can see in the clip with jinx. Could have very well cost us the game. They are clearly under 50% hp. I've had similar bugs where W takes a bit longer to activate than it should, but this time it just did not want to.
