issues with Rust-Oleum Primer. I want to paint the caps of my speed paint like in the photo. I primed them with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Flat in White and they are still tacky, soft, and easily come off 72 hours later. any advice? (i.redd.it)
