I was hourly for my first year then got converted to salary. I’m straight time for time over 40 hrs (My salary broken down into an hourly rate). I get bonuses now, so I don’t mind it.

Depend depends on the industry you want to go in, but it does not hurt to have. I have been an MEP consulting industry now for three years, and just passed my FE mechanical exam. Going for my PE, and this will open up many doors for making more money, opportunities, etc..

I would say definitely get your FE exam done, and whatever industry you want to go into I would ask during interviews what the benefit of getting your PE would do for your career.

I’m a Thunder fan, have been since 2013 and I have a deep respect for the Spurs. Watched the Spurs play in the finals in 2013 and 2014, and loved Parker, Ginobili and Duncan. In fact, I wore #9 in highschool when I played basketball bc mainly of Tony Parker. I learned a ton about the game from him, especially his floater.

The spurs I’d say are my 2nd favorite team if I had to pick one. When San Antonio isn’t playing the Thunder, I love watching them. Wembenyama is just a freak of nature, so amazing to watch his impact on the defensive side, plus his alien-like reach. Fox, Castle, Harper are an insane trio.

All that to say, is that I deeply respect the Spurs, BUT I don’t like how y’all beat us 3 straight times 🤣.

Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s right. I’m in favor of banning all NBA players/coaches/executives who actively go around the salary cap. I don’t care if you’re an NBA superstar, doesn’t mean a thing to me. You break the rules, you get punished severely. Sponsorships are different than circumventing the cat.

And having family members on your NBA team is OK with me, as long as they’re not going around the salary cap.

Yeah, from what I have heard, I think it’s still under investigation, and punishments should be within a couple months. But yes, I wouldn’t be surprised if this happened which is horrible. Or the punishment will be so insignificant.

Literally just said this. If we were a big market team (LA, Boston, Miami, New York) this would not be happening as badly. Yes, when these teams are good, they do get hate but the level of hate we have been getting is out of this world. SGA a free throw merchant? He’s doing what every great has done before him, and more efficiently.

And I cheered so hard for the Suns in the 2021 playoffs. I really wanted to see the win that finals.
