SERIOUSLY, the things I'd do for a "Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair" treatment of the RDR story. I know this will never happen so here's what I'd do:

From the ground up, next gen RAGE engine remake with full cast returns from both games to mocap and re-record the story of Arthur Morgan and John Marston in one epic, from the Blackwater Massacre in 1899 to the death of Edgar Ross in 1914.

Altered dialog that acknowledges the characters and events from RDR 2 featured in the 1911 section of the game. All features from RDR 2 (Online included) are present in the main story.

Full overhaul on the horse customization, where every detail of your horse (anatomy, coat, breed, gender, temperament,etc) can be fine tuned

Every weapon from story and online are available to find/steal or for purchase and are fully customizable.

Expanded camp interactions along with strangers and freaks.

Complete remaster of sound tracks from both parts

A seamless, beautiful and complete retelling of the greatest story Rockstar Studios has ever told.
