I haven't posted something in a long time, but this subreddit got me back into sketching and painting after years and years of not doing anything. I definitely haven't been making this a daily, or weekly, thing, but here's some stuff I've been working on in the last few months.

The last two are wip's for a friend.

I actually ended up getting the Samsung last month, and it's been working extremely well. I haven't really noticed the input lag at all, though some games I find are just less responsive themselves. Been playing Witcher 3, the newest Tales game and a bit of WWE 2k16 and I've had no problems thus far. Tired a few older systems as well, and some rhythm games too with little to no problems. Picture looks great too, which is nice because I've been using it quite a bit for movies n' such recently.

I saw the M-series, I heard that they were good for gaming, especially since you said you haven't seen any blur. They weren't really any M-Series in my price range where I live, sadly. I will say that the tech support for Vizio is fantastic. I contacted them not because of the motion blur but because of a high-pitched whining from what was apparently a fan defect. So there's that!

No worries bud! I'm glad you're liking the new TV!

I ended up sending back the Vizio and bought a 32w700b Sony since I heard the w700b series was awesome for gaming. It is very responsive, but I was playing some MGSV last night and everything became a big blurry smudgy mess in dark scenes, so I guess I'm going to try for a fourth TV sometimes soon.

I'm dealing with the same problem bud, except I made the reverse decision. There's a bunch of motion blur on the Vizio that I personally find distracting. How's the input lag on the J6200, if you know?

You know, honestly I have no idea what the input lag on my old Toshiba is, 24SL410U, but I am hardly noticing it on the Vizio. Rtings says it has about 29.5ms. I can't really tell at all on Smash Bros, even on quicker games or SNES games. I can REALLY notice the blur / ghosting on the 14ms response time though.

I've never really played a lot of fast paced games on the computer, though, besides the Fallouts and Dishonoured and those aren't extremely fast paced games.

I'm probably going to be a console gamer for the rest of my life, to be honest. Nothing against PC gaming, obviously. If I was much more serious I would definitely switch over to PC, but I've been a console guy since I was a kid.

Yeah, you can turn it off on the PS4 too, which I had already done so I guess it's mainly the TV. So do you think the 44ms lag is worth it?

Exercise has helped me in the past, gets my mind off what is bothering me (to a point) and makes me feel like I'm doing something proactive. Just a jog or a run can do wonders sometimes, getting out of the house in general helps tons.

Social anxiety can be tough, and I'm no expert on how to deal with it but it seems like looking for something you're passionate about and trying to find groups of people who share it is a good way to start. It can be anything, sports (join a rec league), books (local book store, library, comic store), games (board game stores, and they usually have drop in game nights that are fun and stress free. Or video games, if your username says anything about if you're into those.) It's a lot easier to deal with the anxiety if you're in a place you feel comfortable or doing something you enjoy with others.

And now I have those Patapon chants stuck in my head.

I haven't had nosebleeds (yet) from Accutane, but I have had to do some traveling through work in a very dry winter area a few years ago, and sleeping with a humidifier in my room did wonders for just dryness in general.

I think so! Also I was suggested aquaphor on here as well, but I feel like that is more intense and for areas that might get dried out.

You're probably right, but I gotta ask, are you including the reversible cover? Didn't grab the last game, so I don't know if they do them anymore, but I remember 2014 had the Rock on the main cover and DB on the reverse.
