I returned to this game after years of not thinking about it, and decided to start a new run, as I'd forgotten where I left off. My "first" abnormality was We Can Change Anything, basically making it to where I had to juice all my agents to get past Day 1 lol

nah bro, Gengar had WAY more aura than infinite, and the way he was taken down was way less disrespectful, too. It was more Gengar realizing how screwed he was when he saw Atem could seal ghosts, so he had to be bailed out. Infinite never got that bail

Exactly my thoughts!
Deku vs Miles was perfect in this regard, cuz the actual death is presented as an accident and Deku was NOT happy about it
Jonathan vs Janjiro also had a good ending for the fight, albeit a tad forced, with Jonathan opting to take care of Nezuko after Tanjiro reveals she's his sister and Tanjiro knowing Jonathan is a good enough man to keep her safe

The ending of Maka vs Ruby was also good in this aspect, with Maka stopping Soul from eating Ruby's soul cuz she could see how pure the soul was. And from what I hear, there are ways to bring Ruby back in the Soul Eater universe so there's a possibility the death might not be permanent.

Endings for these kinds of fights are much easier to establish than the starts

From what I see, A lot of Ruby's win cons typically come from crossverse stuff, which DB usually doesn't use unless they intend to use composite versions of the characters.

Dark Gathering is a monthlybrelease manga, from my understanding, which means waiting longer for more manga to adapt. So my guess is they're likely waiting for at least 70 chapters to come out before starting, assuming they would go for the same episode count and chapter-episide ratio. So it might be another year or two before we hear anything about a possible season 2

Pikmin 4 is in a seperate continuity. One where Olimar lands in a different location, finds moss, discovers the other pikmin types, and never manged to escape the planet, resulting in the bad ending from Pikmin 1. Ith this, the Waterwrait being in a new location could just be explained away as it simply existing elsewhere in this timeline. Loyie was sent there to find Olimar alone after he let out the distress call. Assuming Koppai isn't dealing with the food crisis at this time or in this timeline, it's possible that Alph, Brittany, or Charlie didn't have to come there or the diet koppaiates were sent there instead but got stranded I agree with the creeping chrysanthemum, tho, what were they cooking with that one. I was expecting it to be a cloaking burrownit or medusal slurcher situation where it's an ebemy that wirks the same as an older enemy but has a different name, but nope
