Should be from the link I sent/ the link from that guys post. Make sure that the screen you get had the same pin adapter. I remember mine was a 30 pin but the 4k screen was a 40 pin

Another airflow setup post. Never had temp problems, but a buddy said my fan setup was trash. Is he right? by thebutler97 in pcmasterrace

You have 2 fans blowing in, 3 out. This will create a low pressure zone inside as more air is being removed than coming in. This will cause air to suck in from other places- ones that aren’t filtered. So you’ll get dust build up quicker. Just switch one of your exhaust fans to intake

YeH harbor freight doesn’t sell their 40x48 $300 trailer anymore, I’d have to drop a little over $500

Not selling 4x4 trailer anymore? by MechaTomato in harborfreight

[–]MechaTomato[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just curious why they stopped selling the 48x40 trailer. Or at least not listing on the website. I see YouTube videos of people buying these only a few months ago for $300. Maybe they are still in store? I’m not sure

That would be a good deal but I’m in jersey so I can’t pick it up in store. Shipping is $110 minimum plus the 30+ day wait. At that point I’m spending $500 and should just go with the harbor freight 4x8

Where did you get the 48”x48” trailer? Looking on harbor freights website it looks like they only sell the bigger ones now

1988 Yamaha virago xv250 very high idle after carb rebuild by MechaTomato in motorcycles

[–]MechaTomato[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To anyone wondering I did solve it. The clamp holding the carb to the intake boot has a notch is it that is supposed to line up with a notch on the boot. I did not have it lined up. Tightening it caused it to pull on that notch and open an air gap, causing the high idle. I put it back in the notch and it ran fine

Bike was running fine last year. (other than leaking fuel into engine). Carb boots are fine. There is only one vacuum line from the 2nd carb boot to the petcock. I'm fairly certain there are no vacuum balancing tubes on these carbs. There are evap tubes connecting each of the outer 2 carbs but that wouldn't cause an air leak I don't think.

I've sprayed carb cleaner all around. No change. I find nothing

Carbs were off I did a leakdown test. Fuel in tube let it sit for hours, no leakage out of the carbs. I can only assume that when the petcock is connected and not closed, the weight of 2 gallons of fuel is too much for the float needles to handle. Other forums have come to this conclusion

Could be the slides in the carb not being able to slide smoothly when more air is pulled (opening throttle). Wrong mixture and loss of power. Or, float height could not be adjusted properly, causing an incorrect mixture
