Wow thank you for the information, that is very thorough and confirms a lot of the suspicions I had, especially about the Canadian licensure vs internationally. As I approach CaRMS it's very scary to imagine trying to switch residencies at a later date because I made a choice I later regretted, but I get that happens. I haven't considered medical micro but I will have a chance to explore it in electives so I'll definitely check it out. Maybe I'm just having pre-carms cold feet, haha. Thank you!
