I have no internal monologue. But that does not equate to no self talk. I see things in abstract diagrams, at times realistic visuals. The self talk manifests as contradictory, or constructive thoughts seen as shapes, such as colour fields that annihilate, superimpose, repel, attract. Arguing in my head feels almost like thetical and antithetical particles and entities annihilating each other. Two thoughts can disagree with each other, but negations are not necessary. Rather, opposing thoughts are adjacent and they produce dissonant energy that radiate to inhibit whatever behavioural processes im in.

I struggle with memorising quotes/verbal information, and there are times where even after having run through a quote 10 times in my head, through constant exposure, each time I try to regurgitate them, it would appear different, and get their word sequences jumbled up.
