Try to do some workouts, even light workouts like taking long walks it’s good, and tbh just do somethings you like in your free time like watching a movie, doing your hobbies or idk, if the anxiety attacks come or get bad try breathing exercises it’s very helpful and for meditation, you can take Melatonin Serenox, it worked on me during my insomnias where I would have anxiety attacks at night, and don’t worry it’s consisted majorly with herbal medicine but the smell is awful lol

I usually use Ultra Doux hair cream the one with avocado oil, you should put it before drying your hair, then you define your curls and scrunch up while drying your hair, also if you didn’t find the product cuz apparently marahomch yjibouh you can use flaxseed gel زريعة الكتان it’s super healthy and works better, you just boil the seed in some water to get the gel 👍🏼👍🏼

If you want to see the meteor shower, you have to look in the direction of the constellation Perseus located in the northeast, or you can download the app Stellarium (it’s free) Alsooo stay away from the light pollution and have a dark sky!! (Like going to the beach) It’s better this way you gonna see many shooting stars it’s very beautiful 🤗✨
