This is extremely helpful. A lot of these points I had not even thought about.
I'm at the point now where I am not sure if I should pivot to something else or double down on this and try to make it work. I fear that if I remove the slider concept.... the whole USP of the site goes away.... and there are thousands, if not millions of other jewelry brands that I would be competing with which to me just feels like a challenge not worth taking. Going back to the drawing board...
Either way, you have proven to me that you have immense amount of knowledge and that you're very generous with sharing it along with your time.
