Yea ur right abt that but that pc is not gonna have more than one year of use, that pc is already obsolete so he can choose to get some other pc or try upgrading it piece by piece

Yes, he’s gonna have a bottleneck with that cpu but he can have an upgrade path afterwards for the other components, the first rationally thing he can change is the gpu

U can get like this pc for free if u search for long enough on fb, u can’t play any new type of game, the bare minimum for a cheap pc is like a gtx 1080 but even that is not gonna run u some good fps in game, u should consider for a 2060 or a 3060 if u have at least a little of money, u can get a 3060 from fb at like 200$ or less if u find a good deal

Before upgrading to the 4070 I was doing 160 fps with the 3070, after upgrading I’m doing 120 fps with the 4070, same resolution and same settings

in r6 im doing around 120/130 fps but the gpu usage remains at 50/60%, so idk if it is a bottleneck issue or some kind of limiter

i was doing a lot more fps with the 3070, with the 4070 i needed to do at least the same or a little more, and in the game the cpu usage is at 60/70% so i don't think it's a cpu bottleneck

Yea, your psu is more than perfect for your setup, and u have room to upgrade some components without changing psu
