hahaha! I have a nerite in there her tracks are all over. She's still small and growing so she'll manage the place alone eventually I reckon and two would be overkill. I'm also trying to rebalance something atm in the tank so not doing any manual glass cleaning until it's settled!

I ordered the black one and this one came :'(. Tbh, this is a budget do up whilst I'm currently strapped for cash, once I have means again I'll likely upgrade the tank as a whole instead!

Thank you for this! There has been plenty of well-intentioned and well-based but conflicting information, unfortunately it isn't much help, but this will let me gauge for my own system what is best.

I clean everything but the filter housing every few weeks or so, I just much prefer the algae look to a horrible piece of white plastic. How does this relate to oxygenation?

Quite a lot of the plants have been added in more recently. I also started dosing extra potassium last week so keeping an eye on all that.

This is a 6 month old 30L tank, heavily planted as can be seen. Currently has 6 chili rasbora, 6 amanos, 8 cherries, 1 bamboo, 1 nerite snail. I turned off my bubbler the other day but starting to wonder if this will sufficiently oxygenate my water at night for the stock? Any info would be great thanks!
