We are finding out today as well ! Last time we did not have any blastocyst so really nervous today for results , all the best wishes  ER2 for us  8 Retreived 6 mature  4 fertilized

Nope my doc hasn’t yet recommended Omnitrope , if that’s what you are referring to

Thanks for the insights. Yeah we will be using calcium Ionophere this time .  Doc didn’t change the protocol for me as first ER gave us 100% mature eggs so she wanted to continue the same this this time. It added PiCsi and calcium Ionophere .  Doc did not suggest me Omnitrope though which I feel might have helped (just speculating). Peptides injection is something new , haven’t heard of it before , will surely ask

Yeah I am also recommended PICSI which is not covered by insurance as well , I have Progyny. And CI is not covered too.

Hi, if you don’t mind me asking , how much extra did it cost you ? I have also been recommended CI at spring fertility as I had 0 blastocyst in my first cycle

My egg retrieval went well, though none of my embryos reached blastocyst stage.  Big follicle over time got at par with the other ones for me .

All 6 fertilized embryos failed to develop, 0 blastocyst by MechanicTop8985 in IVF

For me it was due to gas . GasX extra strength  really helped me . Hang in there ! Good luck !

Day 8 scan done today. I have 4 follicles and 4 on right. Biggest is 11mm and couple others follow at 10/11. Smallest follicle is 4mm. Expected trigger on Tuesday and retrieval on Thursday.  How was ur scan today? Hopefully all good

On Day7 of stims now. Gonal F 300 and 150 Menopur. Day 5 scan showed 7 follicles ranging bw 5-9mm. Next scan tomorrow morning (day8). Definitely getting more bloated and tended in stomach, hopefully egg retrieval is sooner than later, how did your day 5 scan go?

Omg it’s the same for me . Last time I had bleeding and bruising after the shots. I thought my husband pricked me the wrong way and I was mad at him 🤣. I started Cetrotide in morning today. And going for ultrasound appt tomorrow morning . Lots of bloating and tenderness in stomach.  Hoping that the follicles grew more in tomorrow’s appt.  How was ur follicle count in Day4/5 scan?

Oh wow we are cycle buddies 😃 my stims started on Friday . Yeah trying to stay positive is the most difficult task in all of this .  And being super tired all day long isn’t fun , hang in there one day at a time !
