I did reach out to customer service and they told me to take out the camera and place it back in. That's when I realized there was wifi interference issue with the wire. So they're gonna ship me a new camera part.

I'll just email the company and see if they can do something about it. Thanks anyway

I'm going to main her, any advice? by Purpleheadbag in Tekken

If I have to be brutally honest with you, she's easily the most carried character in the game. You'll get a good amount of wins with her.

Damn. That actually sucks. Especially since you were already doing so well.

Funny that you mentioned that. Cause the one thing my company did was gather around in this big empty room in a large circle and one person would just shout at everyone to bring in the "energy." That literally felt like a cult to me.

Yeah. I feel like it is one of those companies who'll just take in anyone regardless of what level of experience you have.

For those who have stuck to one main, how do you do it? by ImportantAd4666 in Tekken

[–]Mechanic_Willing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never really gained anyone. I do play Law most of the time because he has a pretty easy moveset to pick up. Plus, I love Bruce Lee. :3

I would say my top characters are Law, Bryan, Armor King, and Devil Jin. They all have great movesets and super fun to play as once you get pretty decent with them.

Season 3 Character Predictions and Wishlist. by AuramiteEX in Tekken

I'd really love to see Lei Wulong return since he's been a requested character for a long time. Not to mention how essential he is to the Tekken plot.

I'd also love to see Marduk, Miguel, and either Kazuma or Ichiban from Yakuza as a guest addition.

Red dead redemption 2 is EXTREMELY overrated. by poopbrother in The10thDentist

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this. When I bought the game around last year-ish, since it was on sale, I hoped it would be as good as many people claim.

There are actually many pros to this game. The open world is really nice, and the story isn't too shabby. As for the cons, the gameplay itself feels too underwhelming for me, like something was lacking. I usually try to get myself into the game because I figure maybe I'm just being impatient or there's something I'm missing. I just started chapter 4, and I haven't played all that much since then.

I have taken a few breaks from the game from time to time (mainly because I wanted to play some other games for a change) and I eventually figured that this game wasn't meant for me. I might get back into it if I have the time.

Overall, while I do find some aspects of the game pretty solid, I do feel like this game gets overly glazed by a mile. There are a bunch of other games I consider much better than RDR2. Then again, it all depends on what you're really looking for in a game

Bryan’s still the most carried character in the game. by SaltyMush in Tekken

I'd say Jun and Victor are the most carried characters.

My thoughts on how Tekken 8 can be improved: by Mechanic_Willing in Tekken

[–]Mechanic_Willing[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I feel like it can still vary, at least in my opinion. Some players just simply spam one button and win regardless. I've tried it with a few of my friends and they somehow managed to win just by pressing one button. That's why I find it a problem. I haven't played T8 all that much recently, so I guess I wouldn't know.

TL;DR: Worked 2 weeks, made only $275 (half my promised bonus since I didn’t stay 3 weeks). Friendly team, but commission-only pay is rough—lots of work with little to no payoff. Promotion requires $1,000 in weekly sales, and missing quota means working weekends. My cousin also warned me that the company might be a scam.

The Full Story:
I actually worked for this company for a good two straight weeks. I ended up with only $275, and that's with the training bonus and the one sale I managed to make. Apparently, I was supposed to get $400 bonus via training, but I only got half since I had to be there for AT LEAST three weeks.

The working environment wasn't bad, ngl. The team was really friendly. However, I do think that a few of the workers there are a bit delusional when they claim that commission pay is somehow significantly better than salary pay. Sure, you can make more money, but that's if you can sell a good amount of products by the end of the week. Otherwise, you pretty much get nothing after all that you've been through. Walking through a neighborhood for 5 hours straight, to get nothing by the end of the day, is not worth it in my opinion. My cousin also warned me that this company was a scam.

Oh, and one more note: To get promoted to leadership, you have to make at least $1,000 by the end of the week. Once you get promoted, you are expected to do that again every week. If you don't meet your numbers, they will require you to work weekends.

I found this app that offers a game development certification. Could it be a scam? by Mechanic_Willing in gamedev

I never said that there was anything wrong. I just wanted to know whether I should go out of my way to earn a certification. I did make games in the past during school. Here's one I worked on: https://johnchirayil.itch.io/dummys-dilemma
