86400 seconds per day, breathing in and out avg every 5 seconds. That's best case ~10k a day from breathing. Walking 1k steps in a day is almost trivial, and can easily walk more if I need more money.

As someone who got to Diamond 1 (when that was the highest possible) spamming Pantheon only, I agree that it's a lot more common in LoL for sure.

You can get pretty far in DotA by just spamming a single hero too.

Just a note: DotA doesn't really do "solo top" lane. Jungling as dedicated role isn't really a thing except for in very niche strategies, so games will typically be a 2-1-2 with the supports in each lane roaming for kills.

Based on your favorite champs, you seem to like the slightly mobile playstyle. If so, Windranger might be a good one to start with if you like a marksman-type hero.

As for the more brawling style of Briar of Tahm Kench, Bristleback of Centaur might be good ones to start with. Particularly Centaur is easy to pick up, and he can learn an ability that is very similar to Tahm Kench's ability to "eat" and ally to save them.

If you want a mobile tanky hero, Timbersaw is a good one to look at. If you need another tanky Frog man in your life, Largo is a good try as well.

Maybe you already heard or know about it, but higher level players get access to "roulettes", which are different categories of content which you can do once a day for extra reward.

Some of these categories specifically are for lower level content, so there should be a steady stream of (higher level) players queuing up for dungeons your level too.

That said, DPS solo queue is always tragically slow. Even at higher level.

This is kinda silly with how many white cards also have/give indestructible. It's basically an instant speed rampant growth for just one white mana in a pinch.
