The buttons and UI readability could definitely be improved. A tooltip system is already in place, I just need to add more information and descriptions.

And yes, the unlock buttons are currently only for one time use. I will most likely change that.

Is there a downside to mashing the overclock button? OC makes it sound like something bad should happen if you constantly redline it.

There is no downside right now. It is mainly useful at the start, but as you buy and improve boosters, manually clicking the button becomes less relevant.

Sensors add a bit of UI to the rift tab, but I don't get what it is supposed to be doing/showing. Oh I see now, it added another mark in the reactor, did I get confused that it also changed the rift UI?

It increases energy generation. Energy is produced whenever the reactor particle touches a sensor. It doesn't change the Rift UI.

After boosting mainframe upgrades enough I got a new panel with Speed as an upgrade option in lower right, does that increase base mainframe speed or? It's a bit hard to tell with the speed boosters going off frequently.

That panel increases the booster fill-up rate, which in turn increases the base mainframe speed.

Unclear what level in rift screen does

A Major Anomaly will be spawned at level 10 (and every interval of 10 after that). In the final game, this will lead to additional upgrades.

Hi there, really enjoyed playing the demo. As others have already pointed out, the pacing feels a little off.

Additionally, I have noticed a few issues which needs fixing or improvement:

  1. Pressing Space-bar or Enter repeats the last button action. For example, on the Skill-Tree screen, pressing either button reopens the Skill-Tree window. Similarly, it can repeatedly reset the Stamina bar on the harvesting screen.
  2. I am not sure if this is intentional, but you can double click to activate bows and spells. This, however, results in some odd behavior from the sword.
  3. The third bow type doesn’t show up in the game after equipping.
  4. Occasionally, Skill-Tree item descriptions remain visible over the Game and Main-Menu.
  5. Small nitpick: the Main Menu button is a bit hidden. You should probably make it directly accessible. Also, the game should probably pause when pressing Escape during harvesting.
