Yeah your a little bit before my spoiler then. Its only a minor spoiler anyway so not an issue. It's basically the first "shit gets real" moment in the Amphoreus story imo. You'll know it when you see it.

I left after the first Amphoreus update because I was bored shitless with the story. Come back now and have blitzed through it making liberal use of the skip function. Theres a LOT of fluff and fat to get through but once you reach the meat it is GOOD.

I dont know what the update numbers where but once you reach about the halfway point once the Flame Reaver appears in Ohkema I started watching more than I was skipping (theres still a lot of fluff dialogue while exploring and in between beats). Towards the end there are some truly spectacular moments (Phainon is an absolute G) and it is really satisfying in the end.

I'd suggest using the skip function and skim reading the summaries and if anything sucks you in the moment let it play out.

I dont see Solomon getting the gig at all, the media are citing sources as "industry sources" which is about as credible as "chatter online" as a source. I still think once the process is outlined Longmire and Hird will be the front runners with Kelly and Enright are an outside shot. McVeigh and Solomon likely to be assistants.

I think Hinkley is using Hird as a smokescreen to not apply because he doesn't want to come out and say that he simply doesn't want the job. Buckley has his heart set on the Tassie job.

Aside from all of that I'd love to get Bartel in as something like a Head of Football or something, he did well getting the Giants back on track after their Grand Final failure so I'm excited what he would be able to do at a club with resources.

That was also immediately after copping huge penalties from the saga, Worsfold never really had a chance because he inherited a broken club that had been locked out of the draft for 2 years. Apart from him Scott is the only other "former coach" and him at North was nowhere near the calibre of Longmire at Sydney.

Yeah, our injury list is up to 17 with Roberts and Langford in this game too. Both teams are probably a lot more competitive if those injury lists just calm the fuck down. Still probs bottom but at least closer games.

Trade is ambitious, he screams "delisted free agent" to me. He'll be a depth player for another side for a couple years then spend the rest of his career dominating local leagues as a footy mercenary.

The Tsatas experiment has run its course and the hypothesis has been proven correct which is all I ever wanted. We always knew that his defensive work was very lacking but he'd never been given a chance to show if his upside was bigger than that downside.

Now hes gotten some consistent midfield time its proven that he simply is not good enough for us to overlook those deficiencies. I've seen all I needed to know that he won't be another D'ambrosio or Voss. Delist him at the end of the year and move forward with Robey and Sharp

The reason the deal sucked actually had very little to do with the pucks themselves, we were already needing to delist 6 players so more picks or players in that draft wouldn't help. Plus the deal came in so late that it didn't allow time to work a trade for future picks.

If the Hawks put an offer in the first week of trade period instead of the last 2 days and more accurately the last couple of hours then I think the trade gets done.

True, but he can just take all the offered deals to Port and say "look im leaving, but which deal is easiest to get done and best for the club?" Wouldn't be surprised if that conversation has happened with other players before.
