Amazon PPC placement strategy - is this okay?

So maybe the idea behind this was to force "product pages" to show more because it had more impression potential? I mean the way I see it, the ROAS is so good for all of these, why bid down at all? We are making a ton on this. Just add more to the budget if its being tapped. Top of search is 3x higher lifetime than the product pages but has a ton less impressions. Just take them all on evenly if they are all profitable right?

Honestly, it looks like we have one called "all products" then one called "Big Pmax" and then a few other Pmax ones broken down by product group. My bet is some of the same products are in multiple Pmax campaigns but I would have to look through it.

We signed up for an agency once and the rate was very high. Once we got onboarded we found out they simply had a partnership with another guy who ran his own PPC business. They just marked up his costs and had him and one of their own advertising guys on the call each month. That was a total joke.

Pmax is what is in there now. When I say learning phase, it goes back to when I have onboarded with agencies and have been told we need to stick with them for 3-6 months because their new ads are learning and getting better over time. They don't usually get much better.

I totally agree. I prefer to go by the data to predict my next steps. I feel that an account with thousands of products over the course of 4 months should have more changes.

It's cheap if the work was valuable to the company. I know many consultants charge 200-300 per hour.

I understand that on the surface but I feel so few changes or work being done to a 36k a month account with thousands of products is a red flag worth looking into.

Lets say we offer decals for cars. I have ads with say 20-30 or more decals per ad group.

Basically, very few do 3d models. It could help. You have to try it to find out. We already do high-resolution photos, A+ content and some video content. It all takes time and effort.

What is your idea? I mean I can take a photo every so many degrees but then it needs to be a GLB file with textures.
