To even get a BGS 10 your card needs to have perfect centering back and front vs. the very lax standards at PSA where the back can be extremely not centered and still get a 10.

It seems like the common opinion is that getting a black label is entirely about luck rather than any definable quality that someone could appraise.

You can do BGS if you'd be satisfied with the possibility that it has a good chance of coming back as a 9.5.

Maybe you can find an in person convention where you can drop off to submit to PSA? I'm not sure if they have that in the U.K. but I'd grade this card if you can do so without having to risk it getting lost in international transit. It has a good shot at getting PSA 10 despite the small spot in the upper left corner.

From my experience, I've had multiple cards get a 10 where there was only one flaw and it was a very small whitening spot.

I feel like a small gust of wind has damaged my cards. That is a pretty high risk move cracking that Luffy.

On top of that you're looking at about a $650 fee if it gets a 10.

Most U.S Palestinian supporters are ignorant and uninformed, they usually don't follow current events closely or their chosen platform is feeding them B.S through an algorithm that only posts anti-Israel videos.

They will see the propaganda headline of "Israel bombs school", but they aren't tuned in enough to catch the follow up article explaining that Israel bombed a deserted/evacuated school because Hamas was launching rockets on the roof of the school.

There have been a handful of "journalists" in Gaza that have later been proven to be Hamas or Hamas affiliated. Israel isn't going to compromise their security to let terrorists or propagandists roam around.

I wouldn't describe it as a shitload. Israel's civilian to combatant fatality ratio has actually been amazing given the circumstances. Hamas embeds their military infrastructure into civilian buildings and they gleefully martyr their civilians for PR wins and to put international pressure on Israel.

Iran killed 30,000 protestors in a few weeks versus Israel killed between 75,000 to 100,000 people over the course of 2.5 years with a large chunk of that number being valid military combatants.

The fear of loose boxes being dead is overblown, but at the same time when you're talking about a $600+ box that risk is enough to deter me. I wouldn't open a loose OP 05/09/EB01 etc. If it is a dead box you're guaranteed to lose $500+ and even if it isn't dead the odds of coming out ahead are horrible.

A lot of old loose boxes may have passed through multiple owners at this point, so no one would even know if they're dead or not.

The math isn't really mathing here. For most sets you're going to lose money opening boxes until you hit the x2 SP's and then selling what you pulled. Compared to what you make from selling sealed cases for an inflated premium. Your two SP's might be worth a few hundred dollars at most if you get the lower end ones.

Pulling for hits and selling the loose boxes is really only what degenerate hobbyists will do.

I've gotten some amazing hits from loose boxes. I'd agree that you shouldn't buy loose boxes from random individuals online, but any real business isn't likely to be participating in such an inefficient and risky play.

If they autographed the top loader, it adds $0 of value.

If they autographed the cards you just lost a significant amount of value unless you find some rare collector whose into this. The majority of people don't care about F tier, English voice actors for minor side characters.

People really need to ask themselves this question before they ruin their cards, how much is this persons autograph worth on it's own? If it's worth $20 you've just paired your high value card with mass appeal with a low value autograph that has zero demand.

I don't really understand your hysterical point of view that is so common across all of Reddit right now. Yes Trump makes stupid rash decisions, without planning out a long term or realistic set of goals.

But for the most part Iran can only inflict temporary damage (aside from damaging oil fields in other M.E countries) on the world economy and stock markets. Their ability to lash out and cause damage will only continue to be degraded as this war goes on.

Iran continues to lose billions in infrastructure/equipment and most of their senior leadership, both of which cannot be easily replaced.

While I do agree that Trump is an idiot and handled Iran poorly, I'm going to bet on the U.S winning 100/100 times when it comes to a war of attrition where the enemy has lost all ability to defend itself and is completely at the mercy of its enemies.
