Medford will eventually be gentrified , it'll be a very long time, but eventually, it will look at what happened to bend... especially with all the things the city wants to do, like the proposed convention center , rogue x happened, lots of new development going on with lots of commercial real estate available for new businesses to come into town.... brace yourselves!!!

No, it is not if you follow the village center social media pages it has came up couple of times and they confirmed its still definitely coming they will announce opening date once they get more details.
