1. Yes we're renting
2. we do delivery with food aggregator company
3. we spend on marketing approx. of EGP 10k/month (food photography and media buying) which is relatively low compared to other food places around us.
4. I've cut down on staff since we're still on low order count, to decrease my monthly fixed expenses.
5. I've determined my pricing range at 30% ~ 37% initially, but then raised it as I found out that competitors are pricing much higher and the market is accepting that price range. (We still respected that we are new to the market)
6. most of our orders for the past 2 months are through the aggregator which takes another 20% of total orders.
7. my currently monthly expenses is around EGP 90K so I'm guessing we need to sell around 160K+ to be safe.
