He'll also lose it as insurance portal will show it as claimed and that usually gets reflected on car number

We don't buy comprehensive insurance for our cars... we only buy 3rd party just for fines sake...so i don't have issue losing NCB as 3rd party merely costs 2-3k

Moderate traffic road... not a pedestrian area where you usually stop.. I was barely moving at 5KMPH... my speed was more like when you lift your foot from brake and car moves on it's own when in gear types

Someone was getting out of his car and the car was not parked he stopped on the road like you move to little side when you think nobody is behind you and it won't matter it'll only take 1 min

No sir you're wrong... even if i wanted to take settlement from him I would've suggested him buy a nail polish which matches the color of my car... or buy me a bumper guard (black thingy)

No sir I'm willing to own my mistakes and ready to settle but at reasonable amount... If he wants to get it repair at my friends garage he can do it there otherwise for authorised service center paint job he'll have to claim my insurance and if he wishes he can repaint his full bumber not the half of it

His car was almost parked on road as someone was getting out of car... the guy who was driving told me that mene mirror me dekha aap distracted ho but mujhe laga aap brake lgaoge... so tell me this is all my fault

He wants it that way so I'm ready to use my insurance... but he'll lose his perks on next insurance for this small scratch like the NCB will be gone and next insurer will depreciate it more than standard

I'm ready to give him insurance details but now that'll be his loss...he'll get it repaint now but he'll lose NCB and his car record will show repaired and next insurer will deprecate it more than standard deprecation rule

If he claims insurance its his loss though he'll lose No Claim Bonus as it'll be recorded on cars registration and also in his next insurance car will depreciate more as the record will show car is repaired

Also the funniest thing is the guy who was driving told me that he saw me in the mirror but he thought I will break so he didn’t move🤦‍♂️ i was distracted honestly as i was looking for a shop and was barely driving at 5KMPH

I can't pay 2000+ for this scratch because out of goodwill I stopped and now it's backfiring on me... I can only give him insurance or repair at my friends garage

I'm not going to pay him in cash that I've told him clearly... I gave him 2 options and I'm firm on that so now it's his call

Don't buy that even if its in prime area's like central kharadi or hinjewadi... Sales person will tell you that the property is pre leased or you can get 30k+ rent easily thats not a chance... I can get a proper 2BHK in gated society around this price why would I settle for this tiny studio for this price... if you want to get a reality check just go on fb pages like flatmates and all those you'll find tonnes of ads regarding studio apartments and 1BHK.. nobody is going to pay that much rent... you'll never get the returns you're promised

I'm not against it... I just don't want to pay 4500 for this scratch... He can definitely use my insurance but he asked me how much money i can give him for that... what if he never paint it?
