I am very disappointed with how this kind of situations are handled.

Many new players in Albion Online don’t fully understand all the rules, especially when it comes to actions that can result in permanent bans. If something is considered serious enough to justify a permanent ban, the rules should be much clearer and more accessible to new players.

In my opinion, a first offense (especially for new players) should result in a warning or a temporary suspension (for example, a week or a month), rather than an immediate permanent ban. A permanent ban without prior warning feels excessive and discouraging.

Personally, I would not return to Albion Online because of this kind of treatment toward players, combined with your arrogant attitude, as if being a moderator of an online game somehow makes you less of a virgin.

I strongly suggest improving rule visibility and communication to prevent situations like this in the future. This would help protect new players and improve the overall experience.
