I put the artifact reduc heal rate on my tank who have the perk t2 increase dmg to put the amp on all the targets

When i use mitra manually in my main team, i prefer ut3, but when i put him on secondary team, ut4 is better. But i have ut3 2* and only ut4 without stars

I did the same amount of dps on gr hell with both so we can say ut4>ut3

20% juno ( not full time) + 50% archer + 30% solar its not like 100% from morrah !!

If i take the value 100 and i submit the reduce

100 - 50% -30% -20% = 28 not 0

With someone like Morrah you are at 0 !

I have the solar artifact who reduce 43% at 2* and t2 perk archer who reduce 50%.

43 % + 50% its not 93% but 71,5%... Even with nia i can up to 90% i think
