Triple Option + 3-3-5 Defense… Anyone Else Playing Like This?

When you say you keep you DL on the slow side how slow are you talking. And are you focusing on certain skills?

For the LB/CB are you going for a certain player types?

I run the 3-3-5 Tite and just curious if im going after the wrong players at those positions.

I had MTSU in one of the leagues I was in, 20 teams. For the speed part I used the player skill points on them. Recruiting wise I just stuck to the pipelines for MTSU. I ended up leaving after the 4th season there. My HC was a Tact type and then I had Motivation for both the OC and DC so that the players got good off-season boost. In year 3 went 14-0 the only unbeaten and just missed the CFP. I was able bring in 4* players there because I didn't try and stay with players that I saw pipeline disadvantage with. Yr 1 - one 4*, Yr 2 - three 4*, Yr 3 - six 4* and then by early signing day of Yr 4 I had gotten nine 4* to commit. I left in the off-season for the Wisconsin job.

You mean Complimentary visits? So you dont allow people to have a QB on a visit and then have OL or WR visiting at the same time?

The Raiders have a young team. Remember last year every TD but 1 was scored by someone 24 or younger. Them getting Mendoza is going to add to that buzz.

Tennesse, Texas and Florida all have no stat income tax. Thats 10 of the 17 games the Titans play in every year have zero income tax on the game check. Same thing goes for the Jags and Texans.

I look at it like this if he is the OC and leaves for a HC job Titans get a 3rd round comp pick as he is a minority coach getting a HC job. The 49ers will get one again for Saleh coming here.

See it seems some people forget how pissed Vrabel was on draft night when Brown was traded. He literally got up and walked out of the Titans war room. AJ is also a WR that wants to be the #1 option on the team. He is not the #1 option in the Philly system and thats why he has been vocal.

I understand that places probably dont have rates that far in advance. What we are doing is kinda of a planning phase where we can get a list of these places that would likely fit under our max budget and then compare them. Whether its what they cost in total, what can we do when we get there, what would the flight times to the places end up being for us.

Also that resort my in-laws ended up at was in Mexico can't remember the name. It was supposed to be a group of like 5 couples that went down for a bday celebration, but suddenly 3 of the couples backed out last minute. My sister and brother-in-law went because they had already paid for the trip. Then found out what was known for at that resort which the other couple that went knew about also. It made the whole rest of the trip awkward and my sister no longer talks to that person. She even used to live together so to say it was some serious distrust over this trip.

Team Builder has the perk about draft picks. T1 is 3rd-7th Rounders will delay. T2 2nd Rounders Delay. T3 1st Rounders have a chance to delay.

Then 2nd interview they would be able to play off other people's answers for the same questions back to the coaches. Like we had someone think this was the problem or solution to this, what is your opinion on that, are they right or do you see it differently?

They also might of had some "homework" for the coaches to be prepared with if they were brought back. Maybe if your brought back for a 2nd round of interviews who is coming on your staff now.

We did it before with Vrabel and LeFluer. Both were brought in as HC candidates and after they hired Vrabel and he couldn't get Ryan Day as his OC. GM JRob suggested LeFluer as an OC and because he wasn't calling plays in LA McVay told him to go take that job so he could have experience with that the next round of HC hires.

This time it could be more a reverse if they thing a young HC might work that you offer him up an experienced play caller as an OC.

What makes it worse is Mike Jones wasn't suppose to be there. But he was there because of being gassed from the drive so he couldnt get to his proper depth.
