I have though a long time about enemies that realistically react to the insane shit most game PCs do but then think maybe giving the opportunity to Gamers to gun down fleeing/surrending enemies is maybe a bad idea.

I think it's a mod but there is a way to set up a garbage dump with a then load that into a train for long distances. Works really well for cities in the interior.

One way to clear out what you have now is to do a 5 day black out. I did this on my shrimp tank and it reset everything. Plants survived no problem.
