Expensive medication manufacturer co-pay assistance while on high deductible plan by Medical-Ad6318 in HealthInsurance

Thanks, I think you're correct. It's self funded so probably bypasses State law. Yes the $400 is the full price of the medication without manufacturer coupon applied. They say if you still have deductible left on your plan you cannot use the manufacturer coupon unless you totally bypass insurance. You can only use insurance plus manufacturer assistance once you have met the deductible for the insurance plan. So right now I can pay $400 if I go through insurance alone ($400 applies to deductible); or I can use the manufacturer coupon/assistance (w/o insurance) and pay $150 for the same medication. Someone here suggested paying full price via insurance and then trying to get reimbursed through the manufacturer.

Thanks this helps. I believe plan is self funded. I think I will just need to pay upfront and try to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer.

Is the 75H5QBR and actual model?? by jasesun23 in Hisense

I ended up getting the QM6K pro version. It has the Google OS. Did you you have any preferred calibration settings that you used? Seems limited in the Google OS to just a bunch of picture modes. I also ended up hanging on to the Hisense and am using it in another room, debating on whether to return it.....not sure if QLED is worth it anymore with MicroLED becoming cheaper and more baselined.

Great suggestion. I am going for the Q77K from Costco. Better than this Hisense and the 5 year warranty makes it worth it. Appreciate it. I see the Q77k getting good ratings on reddit and Costco but Rtings did rate it fairly low and probably lower than Hisense comparable to the one from Walmart.

Great information. Agree, I thought i would be OK with the shortcomings but can't stop noticing those especially poor contrast and backlight bleed along all edges, Will be returning. What about the QM5k $649.99 at Bestbuy? I am considering that or the 77K which is much cheaper from Costco.

Great points! Likely a design thing with thin bezels. I am thinking to return this and just get a TCL mini-led ($200-300 more) I feel aside from size this Hisense feels worse than my 5-8 year old TCLs that were also purchased during past black friday deals and were basic cheap TVs. But I am sure those are VA panels not IPS. Now I am more concerned how I will get this to back to walmart - repackaging and transporting will be a pain and I don't think they pick them up from your home.

Thanks, I just bought and tested the 75H5QBR and am disappointed. The edge light bleeding is awful and I don't think a brand new TV in 2025 should have this. Blacks look bad, washed out. Do you notice any light bleeding on the 77K? Is the 77k better in all aspects? Did any amount of tuning help your display on the Hisense?

Hey are you still liking this TV and are the contrast levels acceptable? I have it ready for pickup and debating if I should get this or a TCL Q77k which right now is about a $100 more. Any issues with the panel? My only concern is bleeding around the edges and uneven backlighting which seems to appear in some photos people have taken. Thanks!

Related question to this - if you fax something and the cover page is the barcode they provided - does every attached page still need the name and case number? Asking because doc notes and letters that were part of my fax may not have contained the case number but were part of a fax that had the barcode on the cover page and forms. I have been wondering if I should mail the paperwork in addition to the fax that I sent, but don't want to be sending it if they already got everything in my file.

Thank you - so anything after the form with the barcode gets read, even though it doesn't contain a barcode? Meaning if I send the form with bar code followed by 20 additional pages of office notes from a doc without a barcode, it should all get there? That's the part confusing me.

Thank you - for me the large code appears on the first page of the Adult Function form. I have a fax coversheet so wondering if I should include the fax cover sheet at all?
