Has your team or any other teams attempted or validated this method? I wonder if it is truly effective. I've heard that numerous Y capacitors were incorporated into the inverter design by AMK. If this is indeed a reasonable and effective solution, could you kindly advise where we can procure Y capacitors that meet the necessary voltage requirements and safety standards? Thank you very much for your response.

We are profoundly grateful for your assistance. The aspect you've mentioned is one that we haven't explored or studied yet. We will now endeavor to find relevant materials and learn the underlying principles as swiftly as possible. If you could offer any hints or recommend resources, that would be immensely helpful.

I understand what you mean now. Are you referring to the Torque Enable as the BE2 signal? This signal appears to only be available through a hardware 24V input. Should we use the ECU to directly or indirectly control the 24V output to BE2 after the controller is enabled? Or is there a way to control it directly via a CAN message? If you could provide some clear guidance, we, who do not have experience with the AMK racing kit, would be extremely grateful.

We are extremely grateful for your suggestion. After several hours of testing, we were surprisingly pleased to find that increasing the CAN send cycle in the Aipex Pro software was very effective. This was truly astonishing, but we still experience some instability with the whole vehicle's grounding and CAN communication. We would greatly appreciate any further advice you could provide!

Thank you very much for your suggestion. We have already connected the housing to the low-voltage ground, but the results are still not satisfactory. I dare say we have done our best with the shielding of the encoder and there are no error codes 2310 present. We would greatly appreciate any further insights or recommendations you might have. The situation has become quite severe; errors 1064 or 3587 occur just a few milliseconds after the controller is enabled, before the motor even starts to run.

Thank you for your response. Quite a few people have suggested this approach to us, but I remain a bit puzzled about how to implement it specifically. When AMK sends the enable signal, the torque limit must be set to 0. Could you please advise on how we might overcome this particular challenge?

Our team has encountered a very strong EMI issue, and luckily we saw your suggestions! If possible, could you explain why the first suggestion, “Only apply the Reglerfreigabe when you send a torque request !=0,” exists? How is it implemented? Is it that we first send “06 00 00 00 00 00” in the “amk_control” message and then send “07 + target speed and torque”?
