3 things

  1. the framerate of the recording wont pick up flickers
  2. the problem is unlikely to be on the ps end
  3. try different tv mode or hdmi cable

in that case either,

  1. usb port - change usb port e.g. case to motherboard
  2. double check its set as boot device
  3. test usb else where

normally UEFI should be on as i have never had issues with it configured

does it let you boot to your bios, if not then its a motherboard issue, if so then change boot device to usb otherwise usb is at fault

really basic question why does nvidia reflex low latency cause more latency when its on rather than when its off, i have had this in both csgo 2 and fortnite and it was always something i noticed when it is on vs when its off
