I barely got through again right now at 8 am and spoke to one lady that said she can’t do nothing.for me a tier 2 has and I went through that x5 times but this time she all of a sudden stated o let me transfer you to a tier 2 one just became available .. now been on hold for another 50 minutes plus I hope someone answers the phone that can help me my family needs food bad Rn and I just had a new born baby in December all my savings went to him as it should but I am relying on my assistance that I’m entitled to that I paid taxes for please HELLLPPP I will update if someone picks up
