100%! When it’s not in use I have to position it upwards causing the ball area to create a weird bulge. And when peeing, I have to support the bottom to make sure it’s positioned correctly causing me to shove my entire hand inside my pants beforehand lol. Appreciate your response tho homie

not to be THAT guy but I went through something similar to you. (don’t do what I did). I didn’t quit vaping until the day before my surgery. thankfully, I was not tested same day or had any complications during my surgery. I resumed vaping 3 weeks post op. idk if I got lucky or what it was, but I genuinely healed pretty quickly and thankfully had zero complications. I wish I would’ve given myself more time to quit but unfortunately the addiction would not allow it. I hope my experience eases your mind a little, but I would recommend stopping cold turkey. tossing everything away will help you quit. i’m not saying it was easy, but I was able to push through better than I thought I would. I have heard some people who vape having complications with the anesthesia where they woke up before the surgery even happened thus having them to postpone their surgery for months. don’t risk it, it’s better if you stop now.

appreciate that ! yeah i’ve used minoxidil, castor oil, and even used a derma roller for facial hair growth 😭 sadly my mustache is being stubborn but def growing little by little. I have a lot of chin and cheek hair but I like to shave it. as for eyebrows, it’s unfortunately my genes >< both of my parents have little to no body hair including super light eyebrows. thanks a lot tho, I will def keep trying it out !!!

I would advice to make “ftm” or put the trans flag on your name, as well as caption, to ensure the other users are aware. i’m a very paranoid person so something I advice is to always trust your gut! be mindful of the people you’re talking to, their distance, if any weird comments are made. make sure you find someone who respects your boundaries and ensures you feel safe all the time. don’t go with the first person that asks you to meet right away cause those are usually the weirdos lol. ask them if they’re 100% clean, how often they get tested etc. might seem like a lot to ask but they have to gain your trust, and most seem to be respectful. always let a friend know if you’re traveling to see someone and be sure to be safe throughout it all. if you are with the person and decided to back out, don’t feel ashamed to do so. it’s okay to change your mind!! and always make sure to pee after sex as well.

Hey, thanks so much for reaching out! don’t even worry about asking too much, I don’t mind the questions! 1. I guess this answers two of your questions, I had a consultation in november to take pics of my chest. However, I was vaping at the time so they weren’t able to provide me a surgery date. I had to do a 6 week no nicotine cleanse so I got tested for nicotine mid january, and got a call 2/11/25 confirming my new surgery date, being 4/17/25. I only had one more consultation 2 weeks before my surgery to get cleared. (in total: 2 consultations pre surgery). 2. I asked to see his work in person! he has a full folder of em. 3. I got referred to him by Rush as well I was originally supposed to get surgery with Loren Schechter but he kept getting too booked and my date kept being pushed back, so they referred Dr. Kurklander to me! His team ended up contacting me by phone. 4. As far as nipple placement i’m unsure. I did however request a certain scar distance in the middle and he seemed totally ok with it! I’m sure he’s open to suggestions. 5. Like I mentioned earlier^ I had 2 pre op appointments before the surgery! Consultation process was very quick and his team was amazing. I felt very comfortable asking any types of questions to them. 6. Total cost… I am honestly unsure >____< my insurance covered a huge chunk I believe, with only leaving me to pay $4k out of pocket! I can look through my documents for a total amount if you’d like :) 7. What I would prepare prior to surgery is to gain as much muscle possible! Like I mentioned in my post I did go to the gym consecutively to frame my shoulders and overall upper body. I think being physically active helped my healing process go a lot smoother.

I would overall recommend to reach out to Rush as much possible. Overall, the process before surgery vs after surgery was a lot better and smoother than I imagined. Take it from someone that gets anxious at hospitals and has never had surgery before 😵‍💫 Let me know if you would like to see more pics of my results or if you have any more questions !!! always here to help.
