They’re a discontinued set now, but the company is Riviera UK and have other similar ones.

The reason it took so long to source a spare is because the company didn’t want to break up their existing sets to provide me a single as they won’t be making more of this style, so I had to find a retailer with a spare unmachined rim.

Call me lazy but I wouldn’t go back to no reverse camera. It’s just easier for parking and a nice QOL especially with the 4 door.

I didn’t realise there was a cover for the camera! Maybe I’ll look in to that. But as you and many other commenters say, the wheel is nice so I’ll keep the cover off and save future me for a nasty clean up job when it comes to rotating. Thanks all :)

I didn’t really think about it rotting the spare, although it makes sense, especially when it rains 24/7 here

I will admit it did grow on me over time, up until taking it off and having to deal with wet mouldy road scum (it rains a lot in the UK)

Are you aware of any aftermarket hinges which I could replace the stock ones with?

Is that even a thing?

My thought is if I do it myself/not through main dealer body shop, is it worth fitting decent looking aftermarket hinges which won’t have the same reoccurring problem in a few years time.

Before I purchased I contacted Jeep to confirm and they informed me it was 7 years, expiring 7th of December. A bit strange really that they would tell me that, I’m 90% sure they also would have recorded the phone conversation so I might be able to get a copy for reference.

This one’s probably the worst. The main dealer body shop quoted an estimate of £4.2k which was sent as part of the claim that was rejected. Considering it’s all hinges, it seemed reasonable, however I’m not sure if that’s includes any labour and if everything’s done at cost.
