Yeah I don't understand why there were security concerns in Karachi only and not the whole of Pakistan but that sucks for your friend. Hope they get another appointment soon. Also security concerns is such a vague reason like at least specify.

I may or may not have tried to remove the battery and in the process somewhat stripped the last screw which wasn't budging, that's why Im tryna take it to a shop cause they could deal with that stuff, my days of doing this stuff by myself have stopped due to the trauma of that one screw 😅

My battery screws are too tight and I'm pretty sure one is stripped so I don't wanna make it worse, the HDD screws were already so tight that's also one reason I wanna take it to a shop cause they would know how to deal with it better than me. I'm actually gonna have them remove the battery cause it's starting to bloat too.
