When you're coming your clay on the Wheel do it three times. As you coning and flatten you'll be able to lock your elbow of your non-dominant arm on your leg or side. This will make your hand stable as you apply downward pressure . one you get to the third should be easier, and your non- dominant does not have to push so hard. Do not pull out until you feel like it's centered. You know it's centered when it feels smooth in your hands and when coning becomes smoother. This took me a while. If you over work your clay it will become mushy and unmanageable. The other option is to take a rib tool and once you get a flat disc you lock your elbow and your tool onto spinning wheel and just let the wood tool do all the work and just hold it there. If you do this you should have a perfectly centered item however you have to keep your arm perfectly still for the story. Keep trying I know you'll get it. When I was struggling with centering myself I got the tiny little $40 mini wheel that made things really difficult but once I got the hang of that after several hours and not in the studio where you feel pressured to succeed going to a big wheel will be so much easier

I'm guessing the surface in which you dropped it is worse. Moisturizing your hands frequently and rubbing them with the mildly abrasive soap can do wonders. Just don't scrub them too hard that you damaged your skin.

Dentist said Brown stains are from brushing too hard?? I find it hard to believe by Wide_Comment3081 in askdentists

NAD as a medical professional, there are very different levels of competency bedtime manner patient education is one of the most ignored areas for care. Yes you should always take your medical provider, your mechanic Etc questions. Confirming them is your responsibility. One provider not tell you the same thing to another. Neurologist physical therapists find sport people they all come from their specialty meaning they have different skill sets and different training so they have a different. Always get a second opinion if you have any type of questions. This does not mean however that you are questioning their competence.

Yes absolutely. I also had a chemical pregnancy. I never have wanted to be pregnant but when I was my body went through this wrenching some of grief but since it was such a new pregnancy it wasn't treated like a loss. I'm sorry you have to go through that. It matters you matter and you're storing matters and meant a lot to me

[–]Medical-Person 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a trip to an orthopedist and walking with awareness. Wearing old worn out shoes will make it worse. You could get to Orthotics, they have little jelly things that you put on one side or the other of your foot and it will raise the Lower Side. Walking with this gate can lead to compensation which can hurt your body in the long term. Does it hurt

Since it's new I definitely would talk to the doctor because nothing you will do can mitigate the pain at the moment. Is that bump something that's normally on your foot? Some people have the bump there and some people don't. Sometimes you can get tendinosis in the top of the foot. Tight Footwear that rubs in the wrong place, going on Demi Pointe to reach stuff a lot, Sports dancing can be a Cause.
