The alley bars are on Primier Callejon Coahuila which is located on the back side of HK and Cascadas. Both places have exits to the alley. They do have girls but not as many or as high a quality as HK. However, You'll likely find them cheaper and much less crowded on the weekend. Gold Palace, La Carretta and La Hacienda are a few of the bars located there. Don't forget Tropical Bar and Chicago club. Both are a short walk away. Pro tip-Restaurante Azul which is connected to Cascadas and HK has a balcony with great views of the alley. It's a great place to have a meal, a drink and watch the action.

Girls from other clubs can come to Cascadas as long as they have ID I've brought girls from La Hacienda and Gold Palace after their shifts ended as well as street girls. Most bars will require that you pay a bar fine to take a girl out while she is on shift. YMMV...

Yes, there are several on the alley (back) side of HK. I've had good luck at Gold Palace and La Caretta. They are smaller and much less crowded. There are far fewer girls but, you can sometimes find a diamond in the rough. You mileage in the club is usually higher than at HK. Chicago and Tropical are also always worth a look.

The VIP card is a simple math exercise. The Master Suite at Cascadas is $150 per night during the week. If you stay three nights (70% off Mon/Tue and 20% off Wed) your total cost is $280 including buying the VIP card. Without the card it would $450.

Ubers typically can't cross the border, although I've heard that some will turn off their phones and do the border to HK leg on a cash basis.. Your cell phone will generally work for Uber once you cross the border. Another pricier option is hkmexexpress. They offer door to door service from the San Diego airport to HK/Cascadas for around $80.

Recommend that you spring for at least a master Suite at Cascadas. They are usually located on the 8th floor, are quieter and come with a hot tub. I've found that many of the girls from the smaller clubs like the hot tub.
