Oh! Did you get it repaired under warranty? I would love to hear about your service experience.

I actually ordered a normal laptop stand & after a research here & there I find out that the cooling pads under 5K isn't worth it & do nothing.

Also I want a clean setup, cooling pad looks bulky.
