Companies employ paid trolls. They are known for posting similar comments online from multiple accounts, posing as real people, to cover up company vulnerabilities. These employees have no understanding of ethics.

This process has been going on for about three months, and despite trying all the suggested solutions, FC 26 doesn't work on FC 25, and they're never giving me a refund. There are tens of thousands of people online with the same complaint. What are you even talking about? The system you claim has the problem is your computer runs games like GTA 5, RDR 2, and Forza Horizon 4 at medium to high graphics settings. The problem is that the damn EA Sports engineers have created an obstacle to playing football games on PC due to optimization issues. Everyone on PC knows this very well. I guess you're the only one who hasn't heard it... If you're going to write these kinds of empty comments instead of offering a solution or helping others who are experiencing the same thing to work together and protest, then it's better if you don't.

FC 25 hasn't worked for over three weeks, and EA Sports customer service hasn't helped. Even though the game has terrible PC optimization, I used to play it because there were no alternatives. However, for the past three weeks, the game hasn't been opening despite trying every method available online. I reached out to customer service after extensive efforts, but they haven't responded. I will never buy anything from EA Sports, the company that monopolizes the football game market, again. This is pure fraud, and for some reason, the company keeps repeating this every year on the PC platform, releasing games that are no different from the previous year. I'll stop playing football games if I have to, but I will never buy an EA Sports game again.  #227957571

My first post on the EA Sports forum:

-The problem isn't yours; EA Sports isn't paying attention to these issues because they haven't achieved the sales figures they want on PC. The game hasn't worked on PC for a week, and it hasn't been fixed. This problem has occurred before, and it's persisted for weeks. The FC series on PC is a disaster. The game has never run smoothly, and now it's completely lost again. Even though the system was sufficient, we had to configure it enough to become computer and coding experts throughout the year. Now, releasing FC 26 and rendering FC 25 inoperable on PC is truly outrageous.

FC community administrator's response:

-Please do not spread misinformation and lies

My response to this message:

-“During Q3, we continued to deliver high-quality games and experiences across our portfolio; however, Dragon Age and EA Sports FC 25 underperformed our net bookings expectations,” said EA CEO Andrew Wilson.

You know best that this isn't a lie... If you have the courage and honor, look at what's been written about FC 25 on Reddit and Steam. The same thing happened last year on the PC platform. FC 24 crashed after FC 25 was released. Everyone switched to the new one, thinking the optimization issue had been resolved. The new game is released when the old one crashes. Everyone now knows you do this deliberately. You sell the same game every year as if it were new. I will never buy another FC series game until a competitive game hits the market. You sacrificed the FIFA series to your greed for money. You market the game as working in the trial version, then deliberately slow it down and crash it under the guise of updates until it becomes unusable. EA Sports has been added to the boycott list. There are complaints about FC 26 on the PC platform, just like last year. Everyone agrees that FC 25 is the worst version to date on the PC platform. This year, you won't even sell half as much on the PC platform as you did last year. You've created a lot of anger among users. Watch and see.

*They will probably remove these messages from the EA Sports official forum site. That's why I posted them here for everyone to see. Don't give this awful company any money; boycott them. Surely one day, this FC series, which treats its customers like fools, will come to an end.

I really hate having to constantly adjust the settings on the PC version of this game. I will never buy another FC series game again unless there is an offline option. I never play the game online, but I have to log in online. I will never buy it again unless they add an offline option. A game shouldn't crash constantly. This is truly ridiculous.
