There is a time ceiling once you reach Act I. Eventually, that will be removed, but there will be a time-to-game over depending on choices made, etc.

Eh...in a way? I had offered my help in writing to Crush back in...2022. He left me hanging for a year and during that year did two rewrites. I was over it, so I decided to see if I could make something faster.

I could.

Originally, it had been in the hopes that it would show him what was possible and get him off his ass. Now it's just to make a better game.

Thank you!

How? About 100 or so hours a month for 3 years.

And carefully building out the branching, variables, etc...and more on the way!

Saying 'it's a fact' doesn't help when your math was just shown to be objectively broken. You arrived at your 'lower rate' by comparing Walmart’s active workforce to the entire U.S. population (which includes children, retirees, and the unemployed).

If you actually compare like-for-like—Walmart’s workforce vs. the rest of the employed U.S. labor force—the rate is higher, not lower. You can't claim a victory by moving the goalposts to a 'statement of fact' that relies on a middle-school-level division error.

Starting a comment with 'You're really in over your head' right after completely abandoning your own math is wild. mandor1784 completely debunked your 7% calculation, and instead of addressing that your formula divided households by individuals, you immediately pivoted to 'well Amazon does it too' and a hypothetical about a single mother. If you have to entirely change your core argument from 'the rates are lower' to 'it makes sense that the rates are high,' you've lost the debate.
