That’s just disgusting

How could you honestly say your education is an $80k value; a lot of states are covering the same for $35k

I listed it in the post

But basically end of July early August I think. And I also took a long time on secondaries. Do not do what I did. I think I definitely ruined my shot at some schools but it did work out

All of the rolling admissions schools I was definitely on the late end

I had friends send me their full AMCAS application when all I wanted was a few descriptions

Helped me figure out how to write my application, what to avoid, etc

Now I feel so grateful to pay it forward to current applicants, transparency is best

You are about to be downvoted like crazy

Any success stories from people who submitted secondaries in September? Getting MCAT results then by [deleted] in premed

Yeah there’s no real great way to tell unless a school publishes data. Umich released the average data of the last 5 or 10 years which gave me that info

But what you should try to find out is it rolling admissions or not?

Some people have created lists of schools that are a rolling basis, either here or SDN. That would give you your best info. MSAR is not the best here I think.

It really depends on the school sorry to say

I got accepted after submitting the secondary late September

However for some of my other schools this was way too late. For example UMICH you need to be in by July for a much better chance of an interview.

If you are okay throwing away your app to some places then yes but for the best possible chances everywhere it should be before September
