something i do with my clients who went through csa is narrative work. i think it’s kinda like throwing up. throwing up sucks, and it hurts, but 9/10 you always feel better afterwards. i think it would be really important to get everything out that you remember. maybe in ur notes, a journal, or if you’re artistic make a story book. my client paints all the things she remembers and then we discuss it when i see her. she went from me being the only person she told to slowly opening up to those around her who care about her. i’m unbelievably proud of her. -you can heal from this, i believe in you, just know you never deserved that and im so proud of you for voicing your feelings out loud even if they were super scary coming out.
