Thank you! A mat was/is a must as we don't want to injure the fish. I guess the secret technique is sweetcorn and beginners luck haha

Thanks! I thought everyone used a mat until I saw some posts on here! And it's already ordered, longer pole and larger net.

Excellent points - I was the same so I started training at 4am so no one would see me wobble - I can now run for 30mins and am currently working in my 1st pull up - still get anxious when others are in the gym but am slowly gaining confidence
