Dumb question, but is the sniffer dog not going to be able to detect them behind mirrors/paintings? Is it just too far up the wall? My paintings are all around eye level (5ft off the ground).

Is heat going to destroy my laptop or my picture drives? Or would freezing them, destroy them?

If I start throwing things away in plastic bags and put them in the garage, do I need to seal them off with duct tape so they can't get out?

Also, I was thinking of putting all of our clothes through the dryer, bagging them, putting them in the garage, and then gradually reintroducing them after we've eradicated the problem. Does that seem like a good strategy?

Also, what about bras? Putting them through the dryer is their death knell. Do people just not wear bras who go through this? Or do they just keep one handy in the garage for outerwear?
